You must have a number to bid and buy at the auction. When you check in to receive your number, you may be asked to show us your photo ID/driver's license for identification and correct address. If you are buying for resale, please provide us with your exemption certificate or we collect 7% sales tax. The auctioneer reserves the right to settle any bidding dispute. Once the item is sold, it becomes your responsibility. Please keep up with your purchases. When you check out, please review your invoice to see that you are charged with all of your purchases and only your purchases. All items must be paid for on the day of the sale with cash, good checks, Master Card and Visa. If your check doesn’t clear the bank, you are responsible for all costs involved in collecting it. All items as sold "As is, Where is", with no guarantees of any kind. We try to tell you about any damage of which we are aware, but you have an opportunity to preview and should examine the items to be sold. We don’t charge a buyer's premium. We accept absentee and phone bids ($20.00 minimum).
